Returns & Refunds Policy – Custom-Manufactured & Pre-Order Parts
At MurCar Race, many of the products we offer are 100% custom-made or produced only after receiving pre-orders. Because these items are built specifically for you and cannot be resold to another customer, the following policy applies:

All Custom-Manufactured and Pre-Order Items Are Final Sale

Once an order is placed and payment is received (or production has begun), it is considered final and non-cancelable.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for custom-made parts, pre-order items, or any item produced specifically for your order.

Why We Have This Policy

Custom parts are manufactured to your exact specifications or funded directly by pre-order payments.

These items have little to no resale value to anyone else.

We are a small business and do not keep large inventories of custom items.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Estimated production and shipping dates are clearly listed on each product page and in your order confirmation.

Delays can occasionally happen due to supply chain issues, material shortages, or unforeseen manufacturing problems. We will always communicate any delays as soon as we are aware of them.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged in shipping or has a legitimate manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours delivery with photos of the issue.

We will repair or replace the defective part at our expense (this is the sole remedy available).

Order Mistakes on Your End

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all specifications, options, fitment, color, and details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for customer errors in ordering (wrong year/model, wrong color, change of mind, etc.).

Cancellation Requests Before Production Begins

In very rare cases, if production has not yet started and materials have not been purchased, we may be able to cancel an order at our sole discretion. A minimum 30% restocking/administrative fee will apply.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly will result in an immediate cancellation of your order (if still pending) and permanent refusal of future business.

We do everything in our power to deliver high-quality parts on time, but the custom/pre-order nature of our products requires these strict terms. By placing an order with MurCar Race, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
